Projector Check List 2022

To Start

1. Start with Prayer

2. Turn ON Equipment

   1. Turn on Computer, Projectors and ensure the switch upstairs is on Ch. 2
   2. Start Pro Presenter and set your preferred background motion with the LSA logo. 
      1. Sound Tech should match your selected color for the fill lights. 
   3. Ensure the Audience button is green and that its projecting.

3. Announcements 

   1. Check Dropbox for the service Agenda and any new Power Point (with the current days date),
      1. Check for any new announcements and or videos and load them to the appropriate Announcement Playlist,
         1. If for 10 AM Service then use the English version.
         2. If for 2 PM Service then use the Spanish version.  
         3. If for Friday Service, then use the Bilingual version.
         4. If for a Special Service, then use the Special Service version.

4. Music

   1. Check your Schedule (Playlist) for your service in Pro Presenter (aka 10 AM, 2 PM, Friday Playlist or Special Service)
      1. Check to make sure no songs are missing as well and if there are any song updates from the music team.
      2. Ensure all songs are shown on only two lines max. 
      3. Make sure there are no errors , these are typically caused by an extra line or too much text for the single slide.

5. Scriptures

   1. Check to make sure your scripture template is on the correct template as well.
      1. 10 AM and 2 PM should be on Single Scripture.
      2. Friday Services and or Special Services should be on Dual Scripture

6. Countdown

   1. Select your countdown and start 5 minutes before service start.
